The Sales Specialist Manager for Fitch Ratings and Research Data (FRRD) will be tasked with leading our sales efforts across EMEA This role includes building and leading a high performing sales team, developing, and executing sales strategy and driving sales growth by focusing on new business, and cross selling into existing Fitch Solutions accounts across EMEA. This fast-paced role will create and execute a sales strategy focused on our Ratings, Credit Research, and our Financial Data & Analytics offerings into existing global accounts.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed regional revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners focusing on cross-selling and upselling FRRD products and solutions.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
- Work closely with account management, marketing, product, and customer support teams to execute on the sales strategy.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
You May be a Good Fit if:
- Proven success in prior roles leading a team in a data-sales or similar commercial role.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering strategic plans aligned to the business outcomes.
- Thorough understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
- Excellent communication skills including being a good listener. Flexible and adaptable – being open to new / different ideas and approaches.
- BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- BA in Finance or similar would be preferred.
