Fitch Group is currently seeking a Social Impact Programme Coordinator based out of our London office.
We are seeking a Social Impact Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of Fitch Community’s flagship social impact programmes, with a particular focus on education, social mobility, and education-to-employability pathways. The role includes leading the end-to-end delivery of Elevate (our social mobility programme) while also coordinating activity across other key initiatives, in partnership with charities and community organisations.
This is a delivery-focused position combining programme leadership with hands-on operational coordination across a varied portfolio. You will manage programme planning and delivery activities, including schedules, logistics, events, documentation, stakeholder communications, and budget/invoice processes, ensuring programmes are delivered safely, inclusively, and to a consistently high standard. You will also coordinate the participant journey where relevant—supporting outreach, selection, onboarding, and ongoing programme administration—to enable a positive experience for participants, volunteers, and partners.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will act as a central point of contact, maintain clear timelines and accountabilities, and capture data and feedback to support reporting and continuous improvement across programmes.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams, with strong stakeholder management skills and a service-oriented approach.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Program Management and Implementation
- Coordinate end-to-end program activities (planning, scheduling, logistics, delivery, post-event wrap-up) across multiple flagship programs (e.g., Elevate - Social Mobility Internship, School Build).
- Maintain programme plans, timelines, documentation, and risk/issue logs; track milestones and escalate blockers.
- Organise key events and activities including kick-offs, volunteer days, inductions, showcases, and close-out sessions.
- Process invoices and track budgets in line with finance procedures; monitor expenses to ensure programmes are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead programme implementation, communications, logistics, schedules, monitoring, and operational improvements.
- Liaise with internal teams to secure volunteer and stakeholder support; brief and supervise volunteers during programme delivery.
- Capture participant and partner feedback; translate insights into actionable enhancements.
Stakeholder and Partner Management
- Serve as day-to-day contact for internal and external partners (e.g. NGOs, community organisations).
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, shared expectations, and timely follow‑up.
- Support partner onboarding, due diligence, contracting, and compliance processes, liaising with internal support teams as required.
- Capture stakeholder feedback and lessons learned to inform programme improvements and strengthen future partnerships.
Participant Experience and Pathways
- Coordinate outreach, applications, and selection processes for programme participants (e.g., interns, volunteers, beneficiaries).
- Support onboarding logistics, access/equipment, schedules, and ongoing administrative needs.
- Organise learning, mentoring, and community-building activities that enhance participant experience.
- Apply inclusive and accessible practices to programme delivery, ensuring reasonable adjustments and positive experiences for all participants.
Impact Measurement and Reporting
- Collect and maintain program data (participation, outputs, outcomes, feedback).
- Produce regular reports for leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders on program outcomes.
- Contribute to case studies and lessons learned to inform continuous improvement.
Communications and Materials
- Draft and coordinate internal updates and external content in partnership with Communications.
- Maintain program materials (FAQs, guides, briefs, safety protocols, application packs).
- Support photo/video documentation and consent management for program activities.
Governance, Risk, and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safeguarding, health & safety, Inclusion principles, and data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR) across activities.
- Maintain risk registers and incident logs, coordinate mitigations and post-incident reviews.
Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback from participants, partners, and volunteers; recommend enhancements to processes, toolkits, and training.
- Monitor sector best practices relevant to flagship programmes to inform improvements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and standardise templates/runbooks for scale and consistency.
You May be a Good Fit if:
- Experience in Inclusion/CSR/ESG/social impact events, programmes, projects, or volunteer initiatives.
- Experience with community engagement, education, early careers, social mobility, or non-profit partnerships.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse internal and external groups.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills; able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- A proactive, adaptable approach; able to spot risks early and escalate appropriately.
- Basic budgeting, invoicing, and vendor coordination experience.
- Awareness of safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection practices.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Integrity, independence, resilience, and comfort operating within small, agile teams.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Familiarity with the Financial Services industry.
- Experience delivering local or global programmes within CSR, Inclusion, Sustainability, community, or non-profit contexts.
- Experience supporting early careers or internship programmes (e.g., attraction, selection, onboarding, participant experience support).

- Ability to create concise programme materials and compelling narratives for internal/external audiences.
- Comfort facilitating briefings and workshops; confident presenting to mixed audiences (volunteers, partners, leadership).
