Fitch Group’s Sales Operations Team is currently seeking a Finance Operations Senior Analyst based out of our Manchester office.
The Finance Operations Senior Analyst plays a critical role within our Finance function by managing the end-to-end Sales Contract process for Fitch Learning. You will ensure that all contracts comply with Fitch’s financial standards, maintain accurate records in Salesforce and SAP, and support coding and overall contract management to align with business practices.
- Direct interaction with senior sales, finance, and operational teams ensuring broad visibility.
- A dynamic, cross-functional role that bridges Contract Management with key financial practices.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Manage and oversee the Sales Contract process, ensuring contracts meet Fitch’s financial practices and standards.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our business lines
- Maintain and update contract records in Salesforce and SAP, guaranteeing correct coding and compliance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure contracts are accurately structured and executed.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of contract data to support business insights and decision making.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize contract management practices.

- Strong proficiency in using Salesforce and SAP for contract tracking and financial coding
