Graphic Designer

Fitch Group is currently seeking a Graphic Designer based out of either our Manchester or Warsaw office.
Reporting to the Creative Director and working within the Design & Creative (D&C) Team, the successful candidate will provide high-quality print, web, and presentation design solutions to meet the broad spectrum of business needs. This role also acts as a guardian of Fitch's visual branding, responsible for the creation and approval of design and creative content across Fitch Group. You'll consult with various teams to promote a "One Fitch" experience.

- Think beyond the brief and use your creativity to develop solutions.
- Maintain and develop existing brand principles across Fitch Group.
- Design and implement creative solutions and templates while ensuring adherence to identity and style protocols.
- Provide design support for presentations, ensuring high standards and brand consistency.
What You Need to Have:
- A standout portfolio of work, preferably in the Financial Services sector across collateral types.
- Exceptional people skills and a positive attitude. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project management experience of moving projects from concept to completion
and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors. - In-depth understanding of print and digital design processes.
- Demonstrate a thorough grasp of the latest and emerging Gen AI technologies, site and social trends and techniques.
- Experience working with animation and video editing a plus.
- 3+ years of experience at a creative agency or in-house brand team
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express).
- Proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word, with an emphasis on template design.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of making judgment calls in a fast-paced business environment. They should possess advanced technical skills, a keen eye for design and document layout, and confidence in the graphical interpretation of data. Familiarity with the financial services sector and its terminology is beneficial. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide and receive constructive advice to team members and internal clients are essential. Qualification to degree level.
