Fitch Group is currently seeking an Email Campaigns Associate based out of our Mexico City or Monterrey office.

About the Team
You’ll be part of a global centralised shared ‘centre of excellence’ service function supporting Fitch Group businesses maximise its email channel. Based in Americas, primary focusing on supporting AMER programs / stakeholders.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Work with marketing teams to help set up and send emails that build awareness and generate leads.
- Assist with the day-to-day setup of email campaigns in Marketo, including lists, basic segmentation, testing, and scheduling.
- Help with QA checks to make sure emails programs are error free and campaigns follow our brand / operational standards.
- Track and report on campaign performance (for example, opens, clicks, conversions) and share simple insights with the team.
- Support team to develop automated programs (such as nurtures) and help keep our processes up to date.
- Follow our guidelines and help ensure campaigns meet company policies and best practices.
You May be a Good Fit if:
- You have at least 6-12 months of hands-on experience with a Email Marketing Platform (Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot etc), including building emails, defining audiences, and running reports. Willingness to work toward certification is a plus.
- You’ve helped set up, test, and deploy email campaigns in a busy environment.
- You have strong attention to detail and can carefully check your own work and others.
- You’re adaptable and comfortable working with changing priorities.
