CreditSights is currently seeking an Associate Director, Product Marketing Manager based out of our New York office.
This is a senior marketing role supporting CreditSights, a Fitch Solutions Company. CreditSights is seeking a visionary and strategic Associate Director of Product Marketing to establish and lead our product marketing function. This role requires a dynamic individual with a comprehensive understanding of product marketing strategies and a proven ability to drive product success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and testing marketing processes across our product lines, with a primary focus on customer positioning and market differentiation. The role reports to the Marketing Director for CreditSights.

We’ll Count on You To:
Product Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and define the product marketing roadmap.
Product Positioning:
- Develop and articulate clear, compelling value propositions for CreditSights' products.
- Understand consumers’ needs and behaviors to ensure product positioning aligns with market trends and consumer demands.
- Develop product messaging that maximizes the strengths of every marketing and communication channel to raise product awareness and maintain a competitive edge.
Product Launches:
- Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, including go-to-market strategies and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure successful product introductions.
- Ensure continuous market growth and transition from awareness to adoption in new market segments post-launch.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop sales tools and resources, including product presentations, brochures, and sales training materials.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have the information and resources needed to sell products effectively.
Marketing Communications:
- Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to promote products and build brand awareness.
- Oversee the creation of marketing content, including articles, blogs, social media posts, and press releases.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of product marketing activities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on product marketing progress and challenges.
What You Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related area of study
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing role
- Experience in product marketing or a similar role. Experience in financial services/credit markets a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $105,000 and $120,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
