Client Relationship Manager
Covenant Review is currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager based out of our New York office.
Covenant Review is a Fitch Solutions company that specializes in Leveraged Finance legal documents. Our team of experienced leveraged finance lawyers provide our subscribers (including hedge funds, insurance companies, mutual funds, and other asset managers) with market-leading analysis of the covenants drafted in the largest leveraged finance deals in the US, primarily covering high yield bonds and leveraged loans. We are looking for an entry-level Client Relationship Manager to join our New York team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to ultimately embark on a career in client relationship management, customer service, or sales.

We’ll Count on You To:
- Act as main point of contact for user administration needs, including new user setups, user deactivations, and ensuring all entries are up-to-date and accurate
- Maintain accurate records and permission subscribers for access to Covenant Review and CreditSights research
- Help troubleshoot website and subscriber issues as needed
- Generate and review usage reports and assist the sales team with analysis
- Help manage inbound subscriber request routing and respond to subscriber inquiries
- Support company stakeholders as needed in operations
What You Need to Have:
- Experience using and managing Salesforce
- Superior attention to detail plus the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving and strong organizational skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and under shifting priorities
- Experience or interest in Client Relationship Management
FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $60,000 and $70,000 per hour based on a 35 hour work week. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
