About the Team:
As the Associate Director, Commercial Operations, you will help lead the design, execution, and optimization of commercial-focused operational processes that enhance organizational effectiveness. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and tactical execution—looking ahead to shape the future roadmap, while driving immediate operational improvements. You will play a critical role in supporting the development, capacity, and execution across the organization, working in close partnership with Commercial, the Business Lines, and key stakeholders including the Chief Commercial Officer, Global Head of Account Management, Global Head of Market Development, Heads of Business, Technology, and CDO teams.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Support the implementation and institutionalize core commercial operations frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Provide hands-on support with day-to-day commercial operation tasks, ensuring timely completion, accurate documentation, and alignment with tasks goals.
- Design and refine new and existing operational processes in collaboration with the Heads of Business to strengthen execution and scalability.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes through automation, systematic frameworks, and effective use of technology.
- Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer, Global Head of Account Management, Global Head of Market Development, Heads of Business, Technology, and CDO teams to implement global structures and processes that drive and enhance revenue performance.
- Lead or co-lead the execution of operational tasks and ad-hoc projects throughout the year to advance organizational priorities.

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $95,000 and $115,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
