Director, Relationship Manager - Structured Credit

 

Business & Relationship Management is currently seeking a Director based out of our New York office.

 

This role is housed within the U.S. Structured Credit Business Relationship Management (BRM) group. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, contributing to the development of relationships internally and externally to grow our CLO and private credit business.

 

Join our dynamic team focused on maintaining and enhancing Fitch's CLO/leveraged finance data and tools offering. As a Relationship Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of comprehensive, accurate, and timely data to our CLO managers and investors. This role requires close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to drive our market-leading solutions.

We’ll Count on You To:

  • Update and manage CLO market research and data
  • Create and maintain presentations and marketing materials
  • Coordinate electronic marketing efforts and maintain prospect lists
  • Collaborate with Structured Credit Business/Credit head to incorporate client feedback
  • Work with Product Owners and Agile squads to ensure timely updates

 

What You Need to Have:

  • College degree and 3-5 years of professional work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience in financial services or fixed income marketing preferred

 

What Would Make You Stand Out:

  • Knowledge of CLO, mapping, reporting, and monitoring
  • Experience with operations in CLO management firms and loan administration
  • High energy, team player with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $130,000 and $175,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.  Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
