Marketing Coordinator / Program Manager
Fitch Ratings Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented B2B marketing coordinator based in New York City. The role will be responsible for supporting the North America marketing team,with a focus on tactical campaign execution, cross-channel coordination and day-to-day marketing operations to deliver on our commercial and brand-building objectives working with business development partners.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and support North America Head of Marketing and NA Sector Marketers with cross channel marketing programs (social media, email, web, etc.), assisting with campaign set up, content coordination and reporting.
- Coordinate collateral with the Creative team for sector-specific sponsorships, client events, advertisements, presentations, and other activities.
- Maintain and update internal resource libraries, relevant marketing intranet pages and develop employee marketing resources, training, and learning content as needed.
- Coordinate and support sector-specific retention and engagement programs working with marketers, marketing operations and relationship management teams.
- Provide flexible support across regional, sector and persona/account-specific marketing programs, with a focus on growing business and market segments.
- Aggregate and summarize campaign performance data, monitor marketing effectiveness, and generate reports for marketers that offer actionable strategies for future campaigns.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitive analyses to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies.
- Assist with newsletter content aggregation and distribution to support sector marketers and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with copywriting, proofreading and production of marketing materials as needed.
- Liase with Human Resources and Digital Marketing team to ensure accurate employee contact information and title changes on external website and relevant marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with a digital focus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing and website management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and tactics.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms; hands on experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, and social media management tools preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively and influence at different organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solutions.
- Demonstrated writing and proofreading skills, with experience providing copywriting and copyediting support for marketing materials.
Considered a plus:
- Prior experience working in financial services or related field.
- Prior experience with AI marketing solutions.

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: The anticipated base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 to $$100,000, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for annual performance-based incentive plan as well a competitive benefits package that includes (but not limited to) medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee & company contribution options, life/disability/accident insurance and tuition reimbursement.
