Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Retention Marketing based out of our New York or London office.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Execute global retention marketing campaigns across email, events, and targeted nurture programs to help drive renewals and support upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate the planning and promotion of client events—including webinars, roundtables, and high‑touch forums—working closely with commercial teams, subject matter experts, and the events team to strengthen client engagement and highlight product value.
  • Support cross‑functional alignment on retention priorities by partnering with marketing, account management, and CSM teams to ensure campaigns, materials, and events meet commercial retention goals and address client needs.
  • Assist in developing behavioral and usage‑driven nurture programs for high‑value accounts by collaborating with account management and CSM partners to improve product adoption and reduce churn.
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics for retention campaigns and client events (engagement, churn, renewals, upsells, cross‑sells) and contribute to client communications, promotional merchandise needs, and GTM/product enhancement initiatives—initially in the  Fitch Ratings Research & Data business but Fitch Solutions-wide as well.

 

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field, plus 2–4 years of B2B product or retention marketing experience, including hands‑on work with multichannel campaigns and event marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems, preferably Marketo and Salesforce, and experience tracking and interpreting campaign, event, and customer‑behavior KPIs.
  • Strong written communication and content development skills, with the ability to translate product value and thought leadership into clear, client‑focused messaging.
  • Demonstrated project management ability—managing multiple initiatives with accuracy and attention to detail—and willingness to support event logistics and promotional merchandise inventory as needed.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $95,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.  Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
