BMI is currently seeking an Autos Analyst based out of our Pretoria office.

About the Team
BMI’s Autos team is spread across London and South Africa and is responsible for forecasting and analysis related to the global automotive industry. Each analyst has their own portfolio of countries and subject matter areas, making them experts in their field.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Develop deep industry knowledge, becoming an expert in your field.
- Take responsibility for maintaining and forecasting data with a focus on timeliness, accuracy and adherence to data guidelines.
- Produce high quality written research and be prepared to communicate views with other team members.
- Work towards undertaking commercial engagements which add value for our clients.
- Manage a diverse workload including analysis, reports, client engagement, presentations and training.
You May be a Good Fit if:
- You have relevant experience working in positions of analysis and research, including experience writing around data forecasts and industry trends.
- You have good written and verbal communication skills to convey our views to key stakeholders.
- You can manage and manipulate data to drive the narrative of your analysis.

- Experience with data and coding packages such as Python
- Client-facing experience
