Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager based out of our Riyadh office.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Own and grow a defined portfolio of strategic B2B client accounts across the Middle East, driving renewals, cross-sell and new logo acquisition to achieve/exceed revenue targets.
- Lead consultative engagements to understand client learning needs and translate them into tailored solutions, collaborating with trainer faculty and product specialists.
- Position Fitch Learning and the wider Fitch Group as thought leaders in financial markets and learning, delivering persuasive pitches and best-in-class proposals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and account activity using Salesforce; produce regular revenue forecasts built from your pipeline.
- Partner with operations to hand over won programs for delivery while retaining commercial oversight and the senior client relationship.
You May be a Good Fit if:
- 5+ years of B2B sales and client relationship management experience, ideally within financial services education or related training solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, managing enterprise accounts, and converting complex multi-stakeholder opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven pipeline/forecast management.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Experience selling into KSA financial institutions, government entities or large corporates, with Arabic and English fluency.
- Background designing learning programs in credit, markets, risk or broader financial services topics.
- Strong consultative selling, proposal development and C-level engagement skills.
- Familiarity with GCC tender/RFP processes and collaboration across global, cross-functional teams.
