About the Team
The Global Revenue Management Team (GRM) is responsible for maximising Fitch Ratings’ revenue across regions and products. The team operates globally with dedicated members across APAC, EMEA, LatAm, and the US. GRM drives revenue growth through disciplined portfolio analysis, pricing strategy review, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity identification, while also enhancing performance measurement and reporting.
This role will report to the Head of APAC Revenue Management, based in Singapore.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead and support contract negotiations with issuers, with a particular focus on China‑based clients
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to drive revenue growth and enhance client retention
- Support APAC GRM administrative processes, including data collection for management information and reporting
- Assist with the generation, review, and cross‑checking of Mandarin language contracts
- Support senior regional team members in negotiations through pitchbook preparation and collation of issuer‑specific intelligence
- Create, maintain, and analyse performance metrics to track results across assigned portfolios
- Conduct competitive analysis of products and pricing across markets
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of departmental databases, including CRM and reporting tools
- Collaborate closely with global GRM colleagues to ensure team objectives and revenue targets are achieved
You May be a Good Fit if:
- A strong interest in economics and global financial markets
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, filtering, and reporting dashboards
- Experience with data manipulation, database interrogation, and structured reporting (ad hoc and recurring)
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, written and spoken

- Strong visualisation and reporting tool experience with QlikView
- Confident stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, analytical environment

- Strong IT literacy and familiarity with Salesforce
