Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Commercial Operations Associate based out of our Singapore office. The role sits in the client administration team, and the primary function of the team is to work with the Sales and Client Services organizations in the set up and ongoing administration of clients’ access to the Fitch Solutions product suite. 

The role will report into the Client Administration Team Manager who is based in London.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

The successful candidate will provide a highly responsive service to our internal clients with accuracy and efficiency underpinning everything we do

  • Configure a client’s services based on our entitlement system and their contracted products
  • Manage updates and renewals of a client’s entitlements ensuring requested changes are in line with the contracted entitlements
  • Remove entitlements and service access on cancellation of services
  • Ensure that entitled services match contracted services through system reconciliation and exception resolution
  • Take part in internal projects (Reporting, metrics, audits etc.) as required
  • Providing new users with their login details in a timely manner

 

 

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in an office/professional work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
