Position Title

We’ll Count on You To
- Collaborate with stakeholders and UX Researchers to apply Design Thinking processes, gaining deep insights into our end users and their needs.
- Create comprehensive Personas, User Journey Maps, Site Maps, and Wireframes during the Product Ideation phase to guide the design process.
- Leverage AI Tools for rapid prototyping and to make UX Research data actionable.
- Develop High Fidelity designs and clickable prototypes in Figma during the Design phase, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Champion world-class implementation by owning developer handoff—providing comprehensive specs, interactive prototypes, and Figma DevMode annotations that ensure your designs are built exactly as envisioned.
- Work alongside UX Researchers to conduct Usability Tests and compile detailed Reports during the Production phase, continuously refining and enhancing the user experience.
What You Need to Have
- 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a proven track record of designing complex applications.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates skill, experience, and talent for creating user-centered designs for complex applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, including experience with creating High Fidelity designs, clickable prototypes, and utilizing Figma DevMode for annotations and specifications.
- Strong understanding of Design Thinking methodologies and experience collaborating with UX Researchers to translate user needs into actionable design solutions.

- Experience consuming and contributing to a multi-brand design system, showcasing your ability to maintain consistency across various products.
- Experience working in Agile Methodologies and/or Behavior Driven Design methodologies, demonstrating your ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments.
- A portfolio that demonstrates big picture thinking and micro-moment interaction design details, highlighting your attention to both overarching design strategies and intricate user interactions.
- A history of leveraging quantitative user and usage data along with qualified user feedback to continuously improve the user experience of enterprise applications, showing your commitment to data-driven design enhancements.
About the Team
The UX Team consists of 20 UX professionals, including researchers, product designers, and design system developers. Our mission is to deeply understand the needs of Fitch’s end users, both internal and external. We focus on aligning the applications we build to meet or exceed these needs by delivering intuitive and simple user flows and user interfaces that enable end users to complete their workflows with precision and speed.
