About the Team:
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Strategy & Insights, the Campaigns Analyst will drive the creation, management, and optimization of marketing campaigns and data processes. You will also play a key role in maintaining data integrity, delivering impactful reports and dashboards for the SDR organization, and supporting cross-functional teams with data-driven insights.
How You’ll Make an Impact:

Design, implement, and manage marketing and sales campaigns within Salesforce to support business growth initiatives.

Gather, clean, and maintain data by identifying and removing errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates to ensure data quality.

Organize, analyze, and manage large data sets using advanced Excel skills.

Upload and manage data within CRM platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support business decision-making for Marketing and SDR teams.

Collaborate with marketing, market development, sales teams to understand requirements and provide data-driven insights.

Proactively identify barriers to project or process success, collaborating with key stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
You May be a Good Fit if:

2-4 years of experience in a similar data management, campaign management, or CRM specialist role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.

Hands-on experience creating and managing campaigns in Salesforce.

Advanced proficiency in Excel for organizing, analyzing, and managing large datasets.

Strong track record in data quality assurance, data cleansing, and data management.

Experience with CRM platforms, with the ability to upload, manage, and ensure the accuracy of data.

Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Proven ability to work cross-functionally

Proactive problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail.

- Experience with PowerBI, SQL, and reporting analytics suites.
