About the Team
We are looking for a creative and analytical Junior UX/UI Designer to join our team. This role will focus on enhancing website designs to improve performance metrics and creating mock-up designs in collaboration with other teams.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Analyze website performance data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize website designs to enhance user experience and meet performance targets.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-up designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Utilize visual editors to streamline design processes and increase efficiency.
- Work closely with other designers to ensure cohesive and efficient design workflows.
- Support the design team by contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to implement design improvements.
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
- Work with Contentful CMS to manage and integrate content seamlessly within designs.
- Stay updated with UX/UI design trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge design solutions.
- Assist in maintaining design consistency across all digital platforms.
You May be a Good Fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience with UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Familiarity with visual editors and their application in streamlining design workflows.
- Familiarity with Contentful and other CMS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and support team goals in a fast-paced environment.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Good understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects is preferred
