Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Campaigns Manager based out of our Warsaw office.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

 

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Strategy & Planning, the Senior Commercial Sales Analyst will play an essential role in supporting the Commercial organization, including Senior Sales Leadership, Sales Ops, and Finance Operation teams. The Analyst will be crucial in offering detailed operational information, sales intelligence, and management insights while fostering a 'self-serve' culture within the team.

  • Data Gathering and Mining: Extract and analyze data from internal databases to support strategic initiatives
  • Self-Serve Culture: Develop and provide tools and dashboards to promote a self-serve culture for accessing information
  • Reporting: Produce recurring reports for Sales and the Leadership Team
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with Sales Managers to deliver commercial information and support them in achieving and surpassing their targets
  • Commercial Projects: Lead specific commercial projects aimed at implementing best practices within the sales organization
  • Handle ad hoc data pulls and queries from the Sales Community as needed

 

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce for reporting and data analysis
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of data and present it in an accessible format
  • Confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders to accurately gather and interpret their requirements
  • Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and expand knowledge
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management

 

What Would Make You Stand Out:

  • Experience with PowerBI, SAP, SQL Server, data warehouses, and reporting analytics suites
  • Experience within an MI/BIS/Commercial department
