CreditPath

Accelerate Your Path to a New Corporate Role

CreditPath is a professional development opportunity that predominantly supports women who are ready to re-enter the workforce and US Military Veterans who are ready to transition to the private sector. This is an opportunity to meet experienced Fitch professionals, CreditPath mentors from previous programs, certified coaches specializing in transitions and to meet internal recruitment teams to learn more about job opportunities and prepare for interviews.

Although we are not currently open to candidates for the CreditPath Program at this time, we encourage you to explore full time opportunities.

Hear From CreditPath Alumni

  • Fitch Colleague Anita Lin Smiling

"My return back to work in the financial services industry after an almost 7-year break started with CreditPath.  The platform helped build back not only my soft and technical skills but also my confidence. They really craft the program to allow for the participants to make that transition back to work as smoothly as possible in an inviting environment where you are with a cohort of your peers."

Anita Lin - Director, Global Infrastructure & Project Finance

  • “Working at Fitch has been absolutely outstanding as their investment in employee success and development are second to none, the CreditPath Program is just one example of this. During my time in the program, I was provided the opportunity to improve my collaborative and analytical skill sets, both of which have been imperative to my work in the Cybersecurity Operations space.”

Daryl Lee - Associate Security Analyst

  • "Through the CreditPath program, I had the incredible opportunity to revive my career aspirations and elevate my skills to new heights. I am grateful for the program Fitch provided, enabling me to not only resume my journey but also form meaningful connections with talented individuals in the field."

Audrey Ling - Director, Corporate Ratings

  • Fitch Colleague Candace Leach Smiling

"The Fitch CreditPath program stood out to me because it gives people an opportunity to get back into the workforce after being away from it for years with very few questions asked. Even better, the program gives veterans a window into the financial services sector; explaining the nuance of how finance works and the why’s behind it."
