About the role
The Project Manager sits within our delivery function and drives execution of cross-functional initiatives across Technology, Product, Data, and Business teams — from research platform enhancements and data pipeline projects to client-facing product launches. You will own structured, transparent delivery from initiation to close, keeping stakeholders aligned and momentum high.
The Project Manager will oversee project planning, governance, tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication, helping teams navigate dependencies and maintain momentum from initiation through delivery. The role requires a proactive, organised, and delivery-focused individual who can balance day-to-day execution with continuous improvement in project management practices.
What We Offer:
- High-visibility projects across Technology, Product, and Data with measurable business impact
- Structured learning and development, including funded certifications (e.g. Scrum, PMI) and internal mobility
- Collaborative, globally distributed team across Glasgow, London, New York, Singapore, Denver, and Charlotte
- Hybrid working, plus flexibility to work from a different location for up to four weeks a year
- Competitive salary, performance bonus, pension contribution, and comprehensive health and wellbeing benefits
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, partnering with stakeholders in Technology, Product, Data, Operations, and the broader business.
- Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and governance materials that give clear visibility on progress and delivery health.
- Manage dependencies, remove blockers, and drive timely decision-making across teams and regions.
- Build strong relationships with project sponsors and delivery teams to keep priorities aligned and outcomes on track.
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly, escalating with recommendations rather than just problems.
- Improve project delivery practices, tools, templates, and governance standards across CreditSights.
You May be a Good Fit if:
- You have at least 2 years' experience coordinating or managing projects — whether as a project manager, delivery lead, programme coordinator, or in a comparable role where you owned outcomes across teams.
- You have strong organisational skills and are comfortable managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders across concurrent initiatives.
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and facilitate productive discussions.
- You are comfortable with project management fundamentals — scope, schedule, RAID/risk tracking, dependencies, and stakeholder communication — and have applied them on real initiatives.
- You are comfortable working across cross-functional teams and driving accountability in a structured and collaborative way.
- You have a proactive, delivery-focused mindset and can identify issues early and help keep projects on track.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent project management or Agile certification.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tools.
- Exposure to software development lifecycle and technology-enabled delivery.
- Experience in financial services, technology, or data-intensive environments.
- Experience establishing intake, stage-gate, and portfolio prioritisation mechanisms.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management across senior leadership, engineering, data, legal/compliance, and business lines.
How You'll Succeed:
- You bring clarity to ambiguity and keep teams aligned when priorities shift.
- You translate business goals into actionable delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
- You raise the bar through transparent reporting, proactive risk management, and strong coordination across teams.
