About the Team
The Marketing team is responsible for building Fitch Learning’s brand authority, audience engagement and commercial demand across priority markets and business lines. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will work closely with Business Unit marketers, subject-matter experts, digital, design, events, sales teams and external partners to translate commercial priorities into compelling audience-facing content.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Turn Business Unit priorities, thought leadership and market insight into clear content plans, campaign narratives and high-quality content assets that build authority and support commercial objectives.
- Develop compelling editorial angles and audience-focused messaging by translating subject-matter expert insight, events and market signals into relevant content for senior financial services audiences.
- Own the social media strategy and audience-growth plan, including platform roles, content pillars, posting cadence, emerging-channel opportunities and measurable engagement targets.
- Extend the value of events, webinars, roundtables and speaker sessions by creating reusable content and follow-up assets across social, digital and campaign channels.
- Establish and maintain high editorial standards across content formats, including long-form articles, social posts, videos, carousels, quote cards and campaign materials.
- Use audience insight, search trends, social listening and performance data to identify content opportunities, improve future planning and optimise content performance.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver joined-up, high-quality content, determining when work should be produced in-house or outsourced.
- Apply AI-enabled tools and repeatable workflows to support research, drafting, repurposing and optimisation while maintaining quality, accuracy and Fitch Learning brand standards.
You May Be a Good Fit If
- You have significant hands-on experience in content marketing, editorial-led marketing, thought leadership activation or audience-focused campaign content within a knowledge-led B2B or B2C organisation.
- You have excellent writing, editing and editorial judgement across long-form, short-form, social, video and campaign formats.
- You have proven experience turning thought leadership, webinars, events, podcasts, videos and expert commentary into structured content journeys and high-performing derivative assets.
- You have strong knowledge of social media strategy, audience growth and content performance, including LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO/AEO, analytics and emerging digital channels.
- You have experience working with subject-matter experts, senior executives and marketers to translate specialist knowledge into clear, engaging audience-facing content.
What Would Make You Stand Out
- Experience in financial services, professional education, digital products or technology-driven training offerings.
- Knowledge of AI search, including Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
- Experience briefing and managing agencies, freelancers, designers, video producers or other specialist suppliers.
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and connecting content decisions to audience value, brand authority and commercial outcomes.
- Experience using AI-enabled content workflows thoughtfully to improve productivity, repurposing and optimisation without compromising quality or accuracy.
