Data Literacy Program Manager

Fitch Group is currently seeking a data literacy program manager based out of our London office.
This role is part of the Chief Data Office, which is currently executing a multi-year strategy to help Fitch leverage data to innovate and grow. Reporting to the Head of Data Engagement, this role is ideal for someone looking to build something new using a combination of creativity, strategic planning, curiosity, and a focus on cutting-edge data technology.

We’ll Count on You To:
- Develop and Implement Framework: Own the creation of Fitch’s enterprise data literacy framework and roadmap.
- Tackle Program Management: Lead the day-to-day management of the data literacy program, track results, and adapt our approach based on emerging trends, business needs, and stakeholder feedback.
- Shape Content Strategy: Find the best content from current vendors, build the business case for new content acquisitions, and decide when to create bespoke content.
- Create Content: Develop data literacy modules and materials, including quizzes, short articles, videos, interactive content, one-pagers, and more.
- Collaborate Across Businesses and Functions: Partner with HR, learning, and communications teams to ensure a coordinated approach across business lines and corporate functions. Help integrate data literacy goals into the employee performance and development process.
- Internal Marketing: Drive internal marketing campaigns to pair data literacy efforts with the adoption of new data tools and programs.
What You Need to Have:
- A bachelor's degree, plus 7-10 years of experience in data literacy program management and/or curriculum development. We’d also be open to someone with a background in communications, marketing or learning with a focus on data and analytics.
- Passion for Data: Enthusiasm for data, emerging technology, statistics, analytics, and related topics, especially in teaching them to colleagues new to the space.
- Communication Skills: Impeccable command of English with excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
- Media Production Skills: Experience in video and podcast production, or a willingness and ability to learn light production.
