Fitch Groups Global Talent team is currently seeking Early Talent Programs Associate based out of our London office.

 

The Early Talent Programs Associate will collaborate with the business, HR and other Talent Team members to provide administrative support and logistical coordination for Fitch Group’s internship and graduate training pipeline programs. The role holder will also provide support to the wider Learning & Development team.

 

The Global Talent Team is responsible for talent management, learning & development (L&D), early talent and diverse talent development programming, and supports all staff across Fitch Group. The Talent team is split between Fitch’s London and New York offices, and reports to the Managing Director, Global Head of Talent Programs.

We’ll Count on You To:

  • Be responsible for the program administration of our campus related training programs (internships and graduate programs) as well as other learning offerings, ensuring these meet the requirements of the organization and participants. This will include scheduling, communications, logistics, materials, reports, program queries and implementing and collating and analyzing feedback. 
  • Serve as a key point of contact to the business for these programs, addressing questions and requests in a timely and professional manner and ensure all constituents have relevant information necessary.
  • Provide the organizational support including documenting & tracking all program activity, processing hiring and rotation requirements, managing performance reviews, organizing learning events and working with our Talent Acquisition team on campus recruitment.
  • Collaborate with the business, HR and other Talent Team members to provide administrative support and logistical coordination for Fitch Group’s internship and graduate training pipeline programs. 
  • Provide support to other areas of the wider Talent Team function, for example our Learning & Development team.

What You Need to Have:

  • Professional experience in either campus recruiting, program management, learning and/ or other HR related areas.
  • Proven track record of rigorous planning, time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail, self-motivated and comfortable working effectively under deadline pressure.
  • Experience of coordinating meetings (in person and virtual) across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Ability to show initiative, critical thinking, reasoning and problem solving.
  • Be able to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service orientation and collaboration working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and execute incoming classes’ communication engagement strategy.
  • Comfortable leveraging data and Excel to reflect program successes and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure programs are inclusive and reflect Fitch’s commitment to DEI
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint
