Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Finance Operations Analyst based out of our London office.

The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic Finance Operations team of 7, focusing on the processing of subscription contracts and billing within company deadlines.

In this pivotal role you will be expected to maintain high levels of service excellence and will be collaborating closely with colleagues across the Sales, Finance and Legal teams.

We’ll Count on You To:

• Champion the order processing workflow whilst ensuring all submissions are processed accurately and according to the company’s compliance policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to monitor contract submission status and ensure timely execution.
• Manage internal queries efficiently through email, phone, and direct communication.
• Take the initiative to resolve issues, playing a key role in the ongoing enhancement of processes and systems.
• Ensure data integrity across the systems.
• To gain a thorough understanding of key processes and communication feeds between systems.

What You Need to Have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with billing and CRM systems. Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is an advantage.
• A strong numerical aptitude and a highly organised approach with exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently, under pressure, and as an enthusiastic team player.
