- Coordinate internal and external resources—including faculty, content, scheduling, learning platforms, assessments and learner support—to ensure delivery readiness against agreed milestones.
- Lead programme reviews and debriefs, using delivery data, client feedback and learner insight to identify improvements and strengthen future programme delivery.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise or automate routine delivery activities, including through the use of AI-enabled tools and standardised workflows.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
- You have experience managing complex client programmes, implementations or learning solutions from initiation through delivery, evaluation and close-out.
- You have strong programme planning, governance, risk-management and cross-functional stakeholder-management skills.
- You can translate client requirements and commercial commitments into clear, achievable delivery plans.
- You have experience working in a fast-paced, service-led environment and can effectively manage competing priorities and unforeseen delivery challenges.
