Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Sales Systems & Insights Lead based out of our London office.

 

About the Team

You will be joining a growing Sales Enablement team; hyper focused on turning strategy into consistent high-quality execution that clients trust. Within Sales Enablement Sales systems and insights improve’s seller productivity and sales execution by supporting the sales systems, tools, workflows, and insights the organization relies on.

Sitting at the intersection of enablement, operations, and sales execution, it suits someone who enjoys systems, reporting, and process improvement while staying focused on what helps sellers and managers perform.

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

Adoption and reinforcement

  • Drive seller and manager adoption of core sales technologies through training, guidance, and reinforcement.
  • Own Gong and Seismic from a business use case and adoption perspective.
  • Ensure teams can navigate systems, follow core processes, and execute consistently.

Tools, workflows, and selling motions

  • Partner with enablement and operations to build training and resources across the sales tech stack, including Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Map tools to key selling motions so sellers know what to use, when, and why.
  • Create and maintain practical playbooks, job aids, and support materials.

Process improvement

  • Identify friction points in sales processes and recommend improvements that reduce complexity.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and implement system improvements.
  • Surface adoption barriers and field feedback for action.

Reporting and insights

  • Support enablement programs with reporting, dashboards, and usage tracking.
  • Track adoption, ramp, and engagement metrics to identify support needs and opportunities.
  • Provide insight summaries that help sellers, managers, and leaders make informed decisions.

 

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • At least 3 years' experience in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue operations, commercial operations, business operations, or a related role
  • 2 years or more supporting sales systems, tools, workflows, or reporting
  • Familiarity with CRM and enablement tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Seismic, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to create clear guidance and training materials
  • Ability to translate usage and adoption trends into practical insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work across enablement, operations, technology, and business teams

 

What Would Make You Stand Out: 

  • Experience supporting a B2B sales or commercial organization
  • Background in sales process design, workflow mapping, or seller journey improvement
  • Experience supporting technology adoption or change management initiatives
  • Familiarity with sales onboarding, readiness, or reinforcement programs
  • Experience creating playbooks, job aids, or user-facing tool guides
  • Familiarity with enablement metrics such as adoption, usage, ramp, and engagement
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
