The role will also seek opportunities to increase team analytic capability, create meaningful, value-added reporting, and continuously streamline and automate reporting to reduce manual tasks.

  • Design, implement, and evolve DEI and CSR/social impact reporting frameworks aligned to business priorities and leading standards (e.g., UN SDGs; GRI; relevant human capital best practices).
  • Define standardized KPIs, metrics, and methodologies for consistent measurement across the organization (e.g., volunteering hours, skills-based volunteering impact, charitable giving, community investment, outcomes).
  • Establish and maintain clear, consistent standards for the naming, definition, calculation, and use of metrics, ensuring reporting consistency, comparability, and auditability.

Impact Evaluation Framework

  • Design and deploy a comprehensive Impact Evaluation Framework to measure outputs, outcomes, and longer-term impact of DEI and social investment programs.
  • Establish clear theories of change/logic models, indicator hierarchies, baselines, targets, and data collection protocols for programs and partnerships.
  • Evaluate, select, and onboard external platforms or tools to support impact measurement (e.g., survey/impact platforms, partner reporting portals), including vendor due diligence, procurement support, integration design, and ongoing management.
  • Develop standard partner reporting templates, guidance, and SLAs; oversee training and continuous support for charity partners to improve data quality and consistency.
  • Conduct periodic impact reviews and learning cycles; translate findings into program improvements and strategic recommendations for leadership.

 Data governance and quality

  • Establish and maintain data governance for DEI and CSR datasets, including data dictionaries, lineage, controls, and audit trails.
  • Implement validation, reconciliation, and anomaly detection routines across HRIS, community platforms, finance systems, and partner-provided datasets; ensure privacy, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
  • Partner with HR, Legal/Compliance, Finance, Technology, and Business to ensure ethical, secure, and compliant data handling.

Analytics and insight generation

  • Support with processes to build dashboards and analytical outputs that translate data into actionable insights for leadership and program owners; support with the design for executive-ready Inclusion and Social Impact dashboards.
  • Conduct trend, cohort, segmentation, and driver analyses to assess progress against targets, identify risks/opportunities, and inform interventions.
  • Translate findings into clear recommendations and measurable actions for HR, Inclusion, CSR, and business leaders.

External disclosures and assurance

  • Prepare inputs for Inclusion/CSR/ESG reports, human capital disclosures, regulatory or voluntary submissions, and stakeholder communications (e.g., annual Fitch BUILD report, Inclusion benchmarking).
  • Coordinate with internal reviewers (Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit) and external partners to support assurance-readiness of metrics and narratives.

Platform and partner management

  • Serve as the day-to-day owner of the Fitch community platform relationship (e.g., implementation, enhancements, data integrations, vendor performance).
  • Oversee ingestion of volunteering and giving data; manage issue resolution and drive roadmap discussions to improve participation and data integrity.
  • Lead the end-to-end process to collect, standardize, and validate impact data from charity partners, refining templates, SLAs, and due diligence.

Operational excellence and continuous improvement

  • Create and maintain SOPs, calendars, and RACI for reporting cycles; manage timelines and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Seek continuous improvement opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes, reducing manual tasks and cycle time.
  • Develop self-service reporting assets and training to uplift the team’s analytic capability and empower stakeholders with trusted, on-demand insights.

AI- and automation-enabled process improvement

  • Leverage AI and agentic automation to improve process efficiency and data collection.
  • Partner with Technology and Data teams to evaluate, pilot, and scale AI-enabled tools that streamline reporting cycles and enhance stakeholder self-service.

Stakeholder engagement and communication

  • Partner with Inclusion leads, Heads of CSR, HRBPs, Workforce Analytics, Finance, Enterprise Data & Analytics and the Business to align metrics with program goals and communicate progress.
  • Present complex data and insights in clear, compelling formats for executive leadership and broader audiences.

  • Helped stand up parts of an Impact Evaluation Framework (indicators, baselines, simple logic models) and supported onboarding of an external impact/partner platform.
  • Automated recurring reports/dashboards (e.g., scheduled refreshes, reusable templates, basic API pulls) to cut manual effort and errors.
