Fitch Group Marketing team is currently seeking aProducer/Editor with Animation Skills based out in our Mexico City office.

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and creative Junior Producer and Editor to join our Global Multimedia Team. This role is ideal for someone with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in both video production and podcast editing, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.  You will partner with a global team of producers and editors and regional marketers and play a key part in supporting the creation, editing, and delivery of high-quality video and podcast content that elevates our brand and expands our multimedia presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Editing video and podcast projects, assist in planning, producing, shooting, host/guest experience. Set up and operate podcast recording sessions (in-person, remote, or hybrid) ensuring a smooth host/guest experience.
• Operate cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment for both studio and field and live event productions.
• Edit video and audio content using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Suite, etc.).
• Collaborate with producers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Enhance content with music, sound effects, graphics, and other creative elements as needed.
• Support the publishing and distribution of multimedia content across various platforms.
• Monitor performance analytics and suggest creative ideas to grow audience engagement.

Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of professional experience in video production and podcast editing.
• Technical proficiency with video/audio editing software and production equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with AI platforms for video creation and audio/voiceover workflows (e.g., Synthesia, Murf, Adobe AI features) to support scripting, captions/subtitles, audio cleanup, and basic motion. graphics—while adhering to brand, copyright, and compliance standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for multimedia storytelling and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Spoken and written fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese a plus.
• Understanding of content promotion, analytics, and SEO
• Experience with remote recording tools (e.g., Riverside FM, OpenReel).
• Awareness of copyright and compliance considerations in corporate media.
