Operations Associate, Ratings Operations Support (RWS)

Fitch Ratings’ Ratings Operations Support team is currently seeking an Operations Associate based out of our Monterrey office. 

Ratings Operations Support is focused on creating the most efficient operating environment for the analytical teams by bringing consistency and standardization to all operational aspects of the rating process. This position involves working collaboratively with members of the analytical teams, IT and others to ensure that procedures and applications developed to support the process meet the needs of the users and support compliance with the Company’s overall business and regulatory requirements.

We’ll Count on You To:

• Be the first point of call for analysts with system or workflow-related questions
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to resolve system-related issues 
• Test system workflows and enhancements
• Contribute to our system knowledge base
• Incorporate AI usage in daily work to increase productivity
• Encourage and support efficient and compliant best practices

What You Need:

• Experience managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines, with a strong desire to learn about the ratings process and applications used
• A strong customer focus and commitment to providing exceptional client service
• Highly self-motivated, strong organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with analytical, IT and operations teams.
• A quick learner with excellent attention to detail

What Would Make You Stand Out:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Experience working within a support team who is used to handling system inquiries and solving problems
