About the Team

Client Operations is the end-to-end team behind the scenes of every sale from ideation to close. Our work ranges from customer entitlements, to contracting, to third-party operations. Our global teams are consistently making impact through deep collaboration, cross-functional partnership, and a strong dedication to excellence. We are excited to be expanding our team to fully cover our third-party client operations and look forward to filling this role with a process-oriented, operationally-minded, creative problem solver.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Partner cross-functionally to create, maintain, and implement:
    • Operational procedures for approving, provisioning, modifying, renewing, and revoking third-party access
    • Business rules, controls, record keeping, and documentation for third-party entitlement management
    • Processes to support both Fitch-to-partner and partner-to-Fitch entitlement models

  • Support entitlement administration for use cases where:
    • Fitch distributes third-party content within Fitch products
    • Fitch content is distributed through external partner platforms
    • Access approval depends on client status with an external provider

  • Administer entitlement workflows across multiple access structures, including user-based, department-based, firm-based, and enterprise-wide models
  • Help define reporting standards and data requirements for new partnerships and entitlement models
  • Interpret contractual, licensing, and commercial requirements and translate them into executable operational processes
  • Coordinate with external partners for best possible entitlement support (resolving issues, providing reporting, etc.)
  • Serve as the internal central point of contact for operational questions, exceptions, escalations, and process improvements related to third-party entitlements
  • Support onboarding of new partners, products, and access models into the Third Party Operations framework
  • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale entitlement and reporting processes for third-parties as the function grows
  • Recommend tools, tracking methods, and operational enhancements to improve service, transparency, and control
  • Collect, validate, and distribute third-party usage reports on a recurring basis, ensuring accurate attribution, timely delivery to internal stakeholders and partners, and alignment with contractual reporting requirements
  • Create vendor-ready usage reports regarding entitlement detail to share with third-party data providers and support billing, audits, and performance reviews

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, client operations, entitlement management, partnership sales, business operations, vendor/market data management or a related function.
  • Experience building or managing operational processes in a cross-functional environment.
  • A team player mentality. You’re more than willing to “get your hands dirty” for the good of the team.
  • You have incredible attention to detail – you DO sweat the small stuff.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage both strategic process development and hands-on operational execution
  • Exceptional organizational skills as you can manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a deep desire to consistently collaborate and evolve how teams work together.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable communicating with all levels of internal employees and external clientele.
  • You want to challenge yourself and grow your career. We are team of people who enjoy learning, growing, and striving to be our best.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

  • Experience working with entitlement models, access administration, licensing operations, or partner-related workflows
  • Experience supporting reporting, controls, or governance processes tied to contractual or commercial requirements
  • Experience working with external partners, vendors, or content providers is a plus
  • Financial services, data, research, or information services industry experience preferred
