About the Team

You will be joining a growing Sales Enablement team; hyper focused on turning strategy into consistent high-quality execution that clients trust. Within Sales Enablement Field Readiness exists to ensure the commercial team is prepared to perform effectively, consistently, and confidently in their roles.

As the Commercial Readiness Program Manager, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve foundational onboarding and readiness experiences that enable new hires and tenured sellers to ramp quickly and succeed. You will build the learning journeys and standards that create consistent baseline knowledge, skills, and behaviors across the commercial organization.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of onboarding and readiness programs for the commercial organization
  • Define learning journeys, readiness expectations, and core competencies required for success across commercial roles
  • Set learning experience standards to ensure programs are high quality, learner-centered, and aligned with adult learning best practices
  • Deliver training on core selling motions, internal processes, systems, tools, and organizational priorities needed for baseline effectiveness
  • Partner closely with commercial leadership and cross functional stakeholders to ensure readiness programs reflect current go-to-market priorities and business needs
  • Build and maintain scalable onboarding content, facilitator materials, manager guides, certifications, and supporting resources
  • Leverage learning and enablement platforms to deliver training, manage certifications, organize content, reinforce key messages, and track learner progress
  • Monitor onboarding completion, learner feedback, ramp indicators, certification outcomes, and readiness metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

 

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience designing and delivering onboarding, sales training, readiness, or enablement programs
  • Experience in B2B subscription, information, data, research, financial or professional services environments
  • Passionate about onboarding, seller readiness, and helping commercial teams build confidence and capability early in their role.
  • Have a track record of building and running successful onboarding, readiness, or sales training programs.
  • Know how to translate business priorities into clear learning journeys, practical training experiences, and measurable readiness outcomes.
  • Strong program builder who can create structure from ambiguity, standardize what works, and scale programs across teams.
  • Comfortable working within a sales enablement tech stack and know how to use learning, content, coaching, and video tools to improve the learner experience.
  • Effective facilitator and communicator who can engage learners, managers, and stakeholders with clarity and credibility.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams while maintaining a high standard of execution.
  • You use data, feedback, and performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve results.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience applying learning design best practices to create effective, learner-centered programs
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and aligning programs to business priorities
  • Experience with AI video and content creation tools such as Synthesia and Vyond

FOR NEW YORK AND CHICAGO ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $130,000 and $170,00 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.  Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
