The Strategic Partnerships Group is currently seeking a Sales Director based out of our New York office.

The Strategic Partnership Group (SPG) team manages our third-party relationships that distribute Fitch content within their applications to service our clients.  This is a global team that applies various business models to meet our strategic objectives.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • The Sales Director will work with many organizations including the major information vendors, data aggregators, software companies, solutions providers and a wide variety of information and market intermediaries
  • The primary focus is to maintain existing and develop new distributor relationships across the North America territory
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required to establish and maintain effective internal and external relationships
  • To be viewed as an industry expert by your peers and your customer relationships
  • Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements and multiple short and long-term projects
  • Developing a strategic plan for your territory

 

You May Be A Good Fit if

  • 5-7 Years' experience in Partnership and Channel Sales where one has developed strong relationships with key Vendors and Partners at a senior level within your territory
  • Highly developed strategic sales and negotiation skills
  • Results-orientated, with a track record of success
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills as well as outstanding presentation skills

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $125,000 and $175,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.  Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
