Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Strategic Operations & Integration based out of our New York office.

 

About the Team:

Fitch Learning is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategic Operations & Integration to support integration-related initiatives tied to current and future acquisitions and help evolve how the business operates at scale. This role partners with and reports to the Head of M&A Integration & Strategic Operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing professional who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, execution, and business transformation. The role offers broad exposure across the organization and the chance to contribute to high-impact initiatives that support growth, operational improvement, and effective decision-making. How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Support integration-related initiatives across people, process, technology, and data
  • Help translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans and support delivery across key workstreams
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and governance across a global business
  • Bring a digitally enabled, process improvement mindset, including an interest in automation and smarter ways of working
  • Own and enhance management reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to support performance tracking and executive decision-making
  • Translate complex business and operational data into clear, concise, and visually compelling insights
  • Partner effectively with stakeholders across functions, teams, and regions in a global, multicultural environment
  • Support the development of executive-ready presentations and materials for leadership discussions
  • Contribute to broader strategic and operational initiatives tied to business growth and transformation

 

You May Be a Good Fit if:

  • You have 3–4 years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, consulting, M&A integration, project management, or a related field
  • You are genuinely interested in financial services and curious about adjacent areas such as fintech, edtech, AI, and digitally enabled learning models
  • You have experience building management reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • You are comfortable working with KPIs, operational metrics, and business performance data
  • You enjoy problem-solving, improving processes, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • You are confident partnering with stakeholders across regions and functions and can communicate effectively in a global environment
  • You have hands-on experience using or exploring AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and stay current on the evolving AI landscape
  • You can move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution with ease

FOR NEW YORK: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 USD and $110,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.  Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
