IT Change & Adoption, Senior

Fitch Group is currently seeking a Technology Adoption & Change Management, Senior — a people-first tech evangelist — based out of our New York office.

The Technology Adoption and Change Management function helps colleagues work smarter by making new tools feel exciting, accessible and genuinely useful. In this role, you’ll be our on-the-ground catalyst in New York: running engaging training (in-person, virtual and hybrid), creating standout content (think short videos, visuals and demos), and turning “What is this?” into “Why didn’t I use this sooner?” You’ll work closely with our Technology & Data partners and help bring modern workplace technology — including AI-powered tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot — to life through practical use-cases, memorable analogies and plenty of positive energy.

If you’re the kind of person who brings the spark, loves turning curiosity into capability, and believes learning should feel more like a great playlist than a lecture — you’ll love it here.

What We Offer:

  • A seat close to the action — embedded with our Technology & Data teams, where you’ll see what’s coming next and help shape how it lands
  • Space to create and experiment — you’ll be encouraged to try new formats (video, visuals, live demos, “how-to” series) and keep what works
  • High visibility and real impact — your work will be seen, felt and measured across the business (not buried in a deck)
  • A team that backs you — smart, collaborative partners who will champion good ideas and help you scale them

You’ll get a rare view across the organization — how different teams work, what gets in their way, and where technology can remove friction. You’ll partner closely with Technology & Data, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and have the runway to turn great ideas into content people actually want to watch and training they genuinely want to attend. If you’re at your best when you’re building energy, simplifying the complex, and helping others feel confident with new tools, you’ll fit right in.

Count on You To:

- Design and deliver engaging, high-impact training experiences across modern workplace technologies (including Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools such as M365 Copilot) in in-person, virtual and hybrid formats

- Engage and empower the champions community with regular enablement: live training sessions, roadmap updates, early-access insights, and hands-on support to build confidence and capability

- Consult with teams to identify opportunities to improve ways of working, translating business needs into practical adoption approaches, learning plans and tool recommendations

- Create and run creative adoption and communications campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, intranet, presentations, chat bot notifications), using compelling storytelling to drive awareness and usage

- Produce high-quality learning content to support adoption (e.g., short videos, visuals, demos, how-to guides and bite-sized modules) that simplifies complex technology topics and helps colleagues apply them in their day-to-day work

- Manage stakeholder expectations and delivery plans for technology initiatives, including timelines, training logistics, communications, floor-walking/office hours and hypercare support

- Build and manage change enablement plans for a portfolio of initiatives, including stakeholder maps, communication plans, training plans and readiness activities

- Define, track and report adoption and learning metrics (e.g., attendance, engagement, usage trends, feedback) to evaluate impact and continuously improve enablement approaches

- Collaborate with change enablement colleagues, technology partners and subject matter experts to share best practices, align messaging and stay current on evolving tools and features

- Partner with HR and other stakeholders to improve the onboarding experience for new colleagues through modern learning journeys, tool orientation and just-in-time resources

What You Need to Have:

The essentials we’re looking for — the skills and experience that help you thrive in this role.

- 2–5 years of experience in technology adoption, change management, learning & development, employee experience, or a similar role

- Excellent communication skills — you can turn “tech speak” into plain English, and you collaborate easily with stakeholders at all levels

- Strong background in learning and facilitation (training delivery, workshop design, coaching or teaching) — you love helping people “get it”

- Confident presenting to large, diverse audiences — especially in-person and hybrid sessions — and able to energize a room (including a busy New York office)

- A creative, solutions-first mindset — you use relatable analogies and real-life examples to make abstract concepts feel practical and memorable

- A sense of fun — you know when a well-placed, workplace-appropriate pop culture reference can make training or comms more human (and more clickable)

- Strong interest in modern workplace technology — including Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools like M365 Copilot — and curiosity to keep learning as the tech evolves

- Passion for enabling colleagues and meeting them where they are — you bring patience, empathy and a coaching style that builds confidence

- Flexibility to work across time zones (the Americas to EMEA) when supporting global initiatives

- Working knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)

- Prosci, APMG Change Management, or similar qualification — or willingness to work towards certification

What Would Make You Stand Out:

Bonus points if you bring any of the below — these are the extras that can turn solid adoption into a real movement.

- Strong proficiency across Microsoft 365 (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Platform) and comfort demoing features live

- Experience enabling AI tools (e.g., Copilot-style assistants): creating practical use-cases, prompt guidance, and “do/don’t” patterns that help people get value safely and confidently

- Strong content creation skills (static + video): storyboarding, filming, editing and visual design — familiarity with Camtasia (or equivalent) is a plus

- Experience building adoption communities and running “event-style” enablement (office hours, roadshows, lunch & learns, drop-in clinics) that gets even tough-to-engage audiences involved
