Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Commercial Sales Analyst based out of our New York office.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Drive Strategic Sales Decisions through Insights & Analytics
Leverage advanced analytics to generate actionable insights that inform senior commercial leaders, sales strategy and optimize commercial performance, directly contributing to revenue growth.
- Champion Innovation in Commercial Insights via AI & Automation
Explore and apply emerging AI/ML technologies to uncover deeper commercial insights, supporting Senior Leadership with predictive and prescriptive analytics and championing Fitch Solutions’ commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
- Improve Forecast Accuracy and Pipeline Quality
Strengthen forecasting processes and pipeline analysis to enhance sales predictability and resource allocation, aligning with broader financial planning and operational efficiency goals.
- Enhance Data Infrastructure for Scalable Analytics
Support the development and optimization of Salesforce, and data platforms such as Snowflake, ensuring robust data pipelines that support scalable, reliable analytics across the Commercial function.
You May be a Good Fit if:
- 4-5 years of experience in data analytics or commercial strategy, ideally within Sales, FP&A, or B2B enterprise environments, demonstrating a track record of delivering insights that drive business performance.
- Proven expertise in working with senior sales leaders with the ability to tell a story with data that results in actionable decision making.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI or Tableau, with the ability to design and maintain dashboards that support senior stakeholder decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate data into strategic actions.
- Proactive and curious mindset, with a demonstrated eagerness to explore new technologies and continuously improve analytical capabilities and business impact.

- Experience with advanced analytics tools, such as Python, machine learning, or AI-assisted platforms, showcasing a forward-thinking approach to data-driven decision-making.
- Background in subscription-based or B2B enterprise sales environments, providing valuable context and understanding of complex commercial models and customer lifecycles.
- Advanced proficiency data transformations, with hands-on experience managing large datasets and building data pipelines in platforms like Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $95,000 and $110,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
