Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Director – Account Manager based out of our Sao Paulo - Brazil office.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Manage a portfolio of top-tier accounts across Latin America, with a strong focus on account growth, business retention, and long-term relationship development with senior stakeholders, including decision-makers and C-level executives.
Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts through strategic account mapping and proactive business development.
Create and execute a sales strategy for Fitch Solutions products across Latin America and the Caribbean, including Data, Research, and AI solutions, in alignment with regional business objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, product, and specialist teams to ensure effective execution of the commercial strategy and to support client needs where required.
Partner closely with the LATAM Team Lead and global product specialists to build and maintain a consistent, coordinated sales approach for Fitch Solutions products across both prospective and existing clients.
Maintain accurate revenue forecasts, monitor sales pipeline progression, and ensure timely and reliable reporting through Salesforce.
Develop and implement account-specific business plans for strategic clients, identifying relevant departments, use cases, and workflows where Fitch Solutions can deliver measurable value.
Drive pipeline growth and improve conversion rates for Credit Risk, BMI, and CreditSights solutions, in line with agreed commercial targets.
You May be a Good Fit if:
Strong network within the Latin America financial services community.
Significant years’ experience, 6+ years of risk management sales/business development experience within financial and data services.
Proven track record in developing existing and new businesses to grow revenue streams.
Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish is essential.
Solid understanding of credit risk and macro environment includes a deep knowledge of Credit & Country Risk workflow (risk management requirements in strategic decision making, risk identification, risk quantification / quantitative modelling processes).
What Would Make You Stand Out:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree (it’s a plus) in economics, Business/Finance, or related field or relevant work experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Multi-level selling skills and experience dealing across global financial institutions required.
A track record of being a self-starter who is proactive and creative in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
