About the Team

As a Pre-Sales Advisor, you will partner with Sales teams to translate customer data needs into practical solutions across the Pre-Sales lifecycle—from discovery and qualification through to identifiable revenue potential. You will lead data workflow consultations and solution design, joining AMs on customer meetings when necessary. Acting as a trusted point of contact for Sales Teams, customers and internal stakeholders, you will advise on data workflows to accelerate deal cycles and enable a smooth transition to delivery.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Create and embed consistent Pre-Sales best practices by supporting adoption of core data workflow and pricing conversations with Sales to deliver repeatable, high-quality customer engagements.
  • Lead and own day-to-day Pre-Sales execution—leading discovery discussions, capturing and validating data requirements, shaping solution options, supporting pricing discovery (use case, scope, entitlements, consumption), and producing clear, customer-ready responses.
  • Improve Pre-Sales effectiveness at scale by building and maintaining reliable data analysis and leveraging automation to streamline delivery, including tools/templates that support faster, more consistent pricing and packaging recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align solutions to outcomes by working with Sales, Account Management, Market Development, Product, Technology and Data teams to ensure proposals are commercially aligned, pricing is consistent with policy and value, and solutions are technically sound.
  • Lead key Pre-Sales initiatives such as strategic approaches, enablement sessions, and continuous process improvements—helping to prioritize collaboration, remove roadblocks, and drive timely, high revenue-producing outcomes, including improved pricing governance, deal desk inputs, and approval readiness.

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • Proven experience in Sales roles and achieving revenue targets.
  • Expert knowledge of data workflows within Buy-Side, Sell-Side, Insurance, and Government sectors.
  • Strong business acumen with deep understanding of Fixed Income and Capital Markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically to deliver results.
  • Exceptionally organized, analytical, and disciplined, with a strong focus on process optimization and operational excellence.
  • Skilled in cross-functional and global collaboration, effectively aligning diverse teams and business units to achieve shared objectives.
  • Comfortable engaging in commercial discussions, including packaging, licensing/entitlements, pricing drivers, and supporting deal structuring in partnership with Sales and pricing stakeholders.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

  • 3–5+ years of expertise supporting customers and Sales teams within Financial Services.
  • Recognized culture builder and positive influencer, fostering collaboration and high-performance environments.
  • Innovative mindset leveraging data-driven insights, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and optimize product operations.
  • Proven ability to bridge strategy and execution, driving global operational transformation by supporting scalable, efficient processes that directly impact revenue growth and organizational alignment.
  • Experience supporting pricing analysis, value-based positioning, and approval processes (e.g., deal desk), including creating clear commercial narratives for customers.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
