Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Associate based out of our Singapore office.
The Senior Marketing Associate is a key addition to the Fitch Solutions Marketing team and will play an important role in helping to scale our marketing efforts in APAC. This role will be responsible for leading both strategy and execution for inbound and outbound marketing programs to build awareness, create demand and accelerate pipeline across the Fitch Solutions businesses in the region.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead, develop and execute impactful integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including but not limited to web, content, social, email to drive new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Collaborate with peers across marketing functions to roll out global campaigns at a regional level, ensuring localization and translation where appropriate.
- Conceptualize and manage high-impact regional events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives to engage prospects and clients.
- Leverage marketing platforms and tools to generate leads, optimize conversion paths across buying journey, and measure campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with lead generation goals.
- Manage project timelines, resources, scope of work, budget, ensuring that all marketing activities are executed efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and global marketing, to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging.
- Measure and track campaign results against agreed objectives and KPIs.
You May be a Good Fit if:
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the financial services, tech, or professional services industry.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end lead generation campaigns and events.
- Strong marketing copy-writing skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn ad campaign, analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills and attention to details, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent oral communication and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese will be an advantage.
- Experience in a regional capacity and the ability to collaborate effectively with commercial colleagues in the region
