Localization and regional relevance
- Localize content, messaging, examples, and delivery approaches to meet APAC market, segment, and audience needs.
- Use sound judgment to determine what should remain globally consistent and where regional adaptation is needed.
- Ensure enablement reflects local commercial realities and is practical for the field.
Partnership with regional commercial leaders
- Work closely with APAC sales and commercial leaders to understand business priorities, capability needs, and performance challenges.
- Align enablement plans to regional commercial goals and strategic initiatives.
- Support leaders in reinforcing key behaviors, programs, and ways of working in the field.
- Participate in relevant regional planning discussions to ensure enablement is connected to the business.
Delivery and facilitation
- Deliver live enablement sessions, workshops, and readiness programs for APAC commercial teams.
- Support program reinforcement in partnership with sales leaders and frontline managers.
- Help ensure field teams understand, adopt, and apply enablement in role.
Feedback, insights, and connection to the global hub
- Gather field feedback, insights, and regional input on program effectiveness.
- Identify regional gaps, barriers, and opportunities and communicate them clearly to the global enablement hub.
- Escalate needs related to readiness, content, capability, or adoption where further support is required.
- Act as a key regional voice in improving global programs, frameworks, and support models.
Team support and regional leadership
- Help create clarity on priorities, delivery expectations, and execution standards within the region.
- Contribute to a strong working relationship between regional enablement and the global hub.
You May be a Good Fit if:
- 5 or more years' experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, commercial training, field readiness, or a related role
- Experience supporting commercial or sales teams in the APAC region

- Ability to identify field needs, adoption barriers, and performance gaps and translate them into clear actions or feedback
- Strong project and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a region
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed global and regional environment
What Would Make You Stand Out:
